Single Span
Half span option that tilts up or down for sun maximisation – ideal for covering single line parking. The structure can be extended to cover any length of parking.
At Landmark, we work with a selection of trusted and preferred solar panel and EV Charging Station providers and will make the best recommendation for your project, however clients may source and select their own Solar providers if they wish to do so.
We can:
- Proudly designed and manufactured in-house
- Provide certified engineered designs
- Manage the permit process for our clients. *Optional charge – to be quoted
- Recommend solar and EV charging preferred suppliers or use clients’ own
- Complete the electrical fit-out of structure
Materials
- Heavy duty mild steel structure
- Hot dipped galvanised
- Standard finish is hot dipped galvanised Mill Finish as seen in photos
- (Optional) Powder coated to standard Dulux colour range
Installation
Our National team of specialists can arrange the following services:
- Manufactured & delivered to site
- Delivered and installed onsite including solar panels and electrical fit out for each structure
- Installed to comply with engineering and relevant building codes
- Provide certified engineered design
- Recommend solar and EV charging preferred suppliers or use clients own
- Manage the permit process for our clients. *Optional charge – to be quoted.
- Complete the electrical fit out of structure
- Ongoing maintenance (as required)

Footings & Fixtures
- Footings are determined from local geotech and engineering requirements and can be traditional in-ground reinforced concrete footings or zero excavation using Surefoot Pile Cap systems
