Landmark Products Pty Ltd. operates under independently certified ISO 9001 Quality and ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.

Certification for Quality and Safety is important to Landmark Products. As such, Landmark Products management systems are independently certified and audited annually to ensure our systems and processes comply with these standards.

ISO 9001 Quality

In short, companies with ISO 9001 are required to:

• Be dedicated to improved product or service quality and consistency, so you know what you are getting – time and time again.

• Ensure that product characteristics have been specified in order to meet customer and statutory/regulatory requirements.

• Lock into place best practice and use this as a benchmark for further improvement.

Aim to prevent nonconformities (errors), and have systematic improvement processes in place to:
– Correct any non conformity that does occur (including product non-conformities that are detected after delivery).
– Analyse the cause of nonconformities and take corrective action to avoid their recurrence.
– Address customer complaints.

ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety

In short, companies with ISO 45001 are required to:

• Be dedicated to eliminating hazards and reduce OH&S risks which will assist in preventing work related injury and ill health.

• Understand and implement all relevant OH&S related legal and other requirements applicable to the organisation.

• Implement safety performance measures and strive to continually improve results.
• Involve staff from all levels in developing safe ways of working and assisting in improving safety performance.
• Thoroughly investigate incidents to determine root causes and address these effectively, ensuring incidents will not happen again or elsewhere in the company.
