Landmark Products was proud to support the City of South Perth in the replacement of an aging pedestrian bridge within Sir James Mitchell Park, a vital community space along the Swan River foreshore. The project was part of a broader renewal initiative to improve access and safety for pedestrians, cyclists, and people living with disabilities.
Working collaboratively with the City and Mainmark Construction, Landmark designed and fabricated a custom “Murray Series” Truss Bridge to replace the original timber structure, which had deteriorated after more than three decades of service. Our involvement from design to installation ensured the new bridge met both practical requirements and aesthetic expectations in this environmentally and culturally significant location.
The finished structure enhances pedestrian connections while aligning with community expectations for inclusive, safe infrastructure.
