Scope of Works
Landmark was engaged to manufacture and supply a complete furniture package consisting of Metro Settings in both standard and wheelchair‑accessible configurations, Avenue 240L general waste receptacles, and Avenue 240L recycling receptacles. Each product was customised to align with the project’s design palette and supplied fully assembled to streamline installation. Delivery was coordinated to the nominated NSW depot, with all items held until the site was ready, ensuring seamless integration into the broader construction program.
Product Details
The Metro Setting range was selected for its clean lines, robust construction, and suitability for high‑traffic public environments. Featuring Aluminium Timber Effect Slats in Light Oak and recycled cast aluminium ends powder‑coated in Anotec Silver Grey Matt, the settings provided a cohesive and contemporary look. Boltdown legs ensured secure installation, while the accessible models offered wheelchair access at both ends of the table. All settings were supplied fully assembled for efficient site handling.
To complement the seating, the project incorporated Avenue 240L litter receptacles in both general waste and recycling configurations. These units were modified to include ATE slats in place of hardwood, paired with galvanised and powder‑coated steel frames in Anotec Silver Grey Matt. Each receptacle featured a lockable door for secure waste management and a boltdown attachment for stability in public spaces. As with the seating, the receptacles were delivered fully assembled to minimise installation time.
Outcome
The completed installation delivers a unified and modern outdoor environment that enhances the usability and visual appeal of the space. The combination of ATE slats and powder‑coated aluminium provides a warm, natural appearance while ensuring long‑term durability and minimal maintenance requirements. The accessible seating options improve inclusivity, and the robust construction of both the settings and litter receptacles ensures they are well suited to high‑traffic public areas. Overall, the project demonstrates Landmark’s ability to customise standard products to meet specific design, accessibility, and performance requirements, resulting in a high‑quality outcome for the client and community.
