Landmark Products is pleased to have contributed to the City of Rockingham’s Baldivis Sports Complex project, supporting the delivery of new community facilities and outdoor recreation infrastructure.

The City has officially unveiled the Southern Pavilion, outdoor hardcourts, and expansive recreation spaces at the Baldivis Sports Complex, marking the completion of its largest-ever community infrastructure investment. The unveiling ceremony, held on Wednesday 17 December, celebrated a transformative milestone for the Baldivis community.

With an estimated total investment of $45 million—including $9 million dedicated to this final stage—the project delivers on the aspirations outlined in the City’s Strategic Community Plan: creating a vibrant, family-friendly hub where people can connect, play, and thrive.

City of Rockingham Mayor Lorna Buchan noted the completion of the project reflects the City’s commitment to quality lifestyle outcomes and strong community connections.
“Completion of this project marks a proud moment for our City. The Baldivis Sports Complex is now a fully realised district-level facility that will serve our growing community for generations to come,” Mayor Buchan said.

More than 15 years in the making, the Baldivis Sports Complex represents a landmark achievement for both Baldivis and the broader Rockingham community—driven by the long-term vision and dedication of past and present Council Members and staff.

Landmark Products scope

The final stage introduced several Landmark Products shelters, benches, and seating solutions across the precinct, including:

• Netball hardcourts (multi-marked for basketball): K905/906 Dual Cantilever Shelters in double-bay configurations

• Tennis courts (Baldivis Tennis Club): K905 Flinders Cantilever Shelter with aluminium Flinders seats with armrests

• Skate park and nature play precinct: K695 Brighton Aluminium Skillion Picnic Shelter with front screen, plus Burleigh K682 back-to-back skillion shelter and picnic settings
