A long-life, adaptable aluminium modular access system, the Albany Series is an anti-corrosive, low-maintenance solution for harsh, hard-to-access locations such as beaches and dunes. Individual straight, angled and stair modules bolt together on site to create boardwalks, viewing platforms and staircases, and the entire structure can be disassembled, relocated and reused.

Stainless steel fixings; stainless steel anti-vandal fastening system where applicable.

Angled modules: 1.35m or 2m clear width x 30 deg/45 deg/60 deg/90 deg standard angles
Stair modules: 1.35m or 2m clear width x 0.6/1.2/1.8/2.4/3.0/3.6m standard sizes

All hot-dipped galvanised steel manufactured to AS/NZS 4680:2006; hardwood select grade and ACQ treated. Pre-engineered to 3kPa loading, supplied with professional building application drawings, an independent engineering certificate and complete pier/abutment design (subject to geotechnical report). Manufactured under ISO 9001 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007 certification, meeting or exceeding the National Construction Code and relevant Australian Standards (AS1170 Structural Design Actions, AS1428.1 Design for Access and Mobility, AS1720 Timber Structures, AS4100 Steel Structures). Backed by a 10-year structural warranty, extended to 20 years when supplied and installed by Landmark or a Landmark-approved installer.
