A clever, compact on-slab sporting club facility, the K8103 is designed for smaller local clubs, providing change room, covered area and outdoor shower facilities for players and the public. Its ACQ-treated hardwood post and pine frame structure keeps costs down while still delivering a durable, low-maintenance clubhouse.

Fitted with a stainless steel anti-vandal fastening system and a traceability plaque for easy identification. Structural rating upgrades available for cyclonic regions and roofing upgrades for highly corrosive environments.
