Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Beach Access systems offer relatively low-cost installation and provide a virtually maintenance free alternative to traditional timber and / or steel constructions.
Landmark has launched its new Beach Access systems. Fabricated entirely from structural FRP members, and assembled using stainless-steel hardware, the product has a maintenance free design life of more than 25 years.
We have incorporated all necessary requirements of safety, durability and longevity in the light-weight design.

Landmark understands just how harsh coastal environments can be. By using highly corrosion resistant FRP and stainless steel, we have found the solution to virtually eliminating maintenance costs. This combination of materials has been found to offer a minimum life span of 25 years with virtually no damage due to environmental exposure. Our FRP profiles are manufactured using the pultrusion process (the equivalent to the extrusion of metals), which offers superior product uniformity and exceptional structural performance. |

Unique features include:
- Lightweight handrails, landings, and stairways are pre-manufactured and delivered to site for fast, simple installation without heavy lifting equipment.
- Open-mesh stair treads and landings prevent the build-up of sand and dirt, and provide a durable, non-slip surface.
- Yellow non-slip nosings are installed on each stair tread for enhanced visibility of step edges.
- Handrail systems are designed to meet AS1657 load requirements.
- Corrosion resistant stainless steel fasteners.
