After 20 years designing and manufacturing open space products, Landmark Products Ltd has become synonymous with innovation, originality, and quality. Our clients know that they are dealing directly with an accountable manufacturer who will provide quality assets that will stand the test of time.

Redland Shire Council decided to expand the facilities at the Wynnum Creek Ferry Terminus, and approached Landmark to draw on our unique experience in restroom and shelter design and manufacturing. Using the existing waiting area as a reference, we produced an integrated facility that not only visually enhances the complex, but utilises compatible design elements from our standard product range to provide a cost-effective solution.

The project comprises:
  • A kiosk building containing a ticket office, toilet, office, kitchen space and vending machine area as well as restroom facilities comprising 6 ambulant and 1 disabled access toilet cubicles

  • (1) x K601 and (1) x K604 modified Landmark Cardwell shelters which act as covered walkways
By drawing on our in-house expertise to generate detailed 3-dimensional models during the design process, Council was given a clear visual understanding of the final result. This rendering facility, unique in our field, allows our clients to obtain fast, unambiguous feedback from Community groups and other stakeholders before approving the project.

Once the detailed design had been approved it was a simple matter for us to do what we do best – draft, engineer, pre-fabricate, and install a project of significant scope that meets all relevant standards while exceeding client and community expectations.
