Landmark is Australia's leading supplier of engineered kit-form shelters, restrooms, pedestrian bridges and access structures to the public sector. Our range of standard steel and timber kits has been developed, tested and refined over many years and in thousands of successful projects throughout Australia and the Pacific region.

History
Our business was established some twenty years ago as a manufacturer of kit-form outdoor timber products such as lattice and pergolas. At the request of our clients we introduced engineered timber, timber-and-steel and all-steel structures for the public and commercial sector. This range has continued to expand in response to market demand.

To date many thousands of Landmark structures have been produced and supplied to a wide range of local, regional and state government authorities throughout Australia and the Pacific region.

Products and Services
Landmark offers a comprehensive range of standard kit-form structures in various styles, finishes and configurations. Kits can be customised from a range of accessories and materials options to produce individual solutions.

While our standard range of furniture, shelters, restrooms and footbridges make up the bulk of our business, in recent years we have met and fulfilled a steadily increasing demand for more elaborate projects in remote locations, including viewing platforms and pedestrian access structures.

In order to work with designers and Landscape Architects as well as assist our clients with special projects, we have the in-house capacity to develop unique solutions by adapting existing, proven designs or by assisting in the design, development and manufacture of custom products to satisfy particular requirements.

Quality
Our success is founded on the universal appeal of our products: pleasing aesthetics; expert engineering; quality materials; value-for-money; low maintenance and fast, simple installation. All kits carry Engineer Certification and are designed to comply with local building codes. They are also subject to our 10-year structural warranty and comprehensive Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.

Quality Assurance is important to us, and our design, materials selection, fabrication and delivery systems conform to the highest standards. Every component is carefully planned, checked and re-checked in progress; and where possible pre-finished and pre-assembled to make your final assembly easier and more accurate. Completed component are then carefully re-counted and packaged prior to being shipped.

Manufacture
Over the years Landmark has developed a refined system for design, costing, manufacture, delivery and installation that provides practical and cost-effective solutions for both Government and Private Sector purchasers. The company is an Approved Government Supplier throughout Australia and holds current EPA Certification.

You can choose or adapt a standard or existing design, specify the materials and finishes, and we'll manufacture and deliver your new kit within weeks, complete and ready for assembly. Our kits are made to ship to remote locations, come together correctly when they get there, and provide you with many years of satisfaction and service.

Design Service
With Landmark branches or agents in every state, we can advise and assist during every phase of a project - from concept and planning right through to completion. Based on individual requirements, we will develop a range of possible solutions, determine the most practical and cost-effective design specification, and produce a written proposal and detailed costing for approval. We offer a total solution for each project, and with drawings and engineering certificates included, bring significant savings in overall project costs.

Facilities
Our office and main manufacturing facility is co-located at Deception Bay in the northern suburbs of Brisbane, the State Capital of Queensland. We distribute our product through a national network of company owned and operated Branches and authorised Agents.
